This vintage  boy doll has light brown hair, green eyes, dimples in both cheeks, and freckles. He's wearing jeans and a blue windbreaker jacket over a blue and white striped shirt. He has blue and white striped socks and his shoes are white with blue stripes on the side. On the back pocket of his jeans is a silk tag with the Cabbage Patch Kids logo. He also wears a white diaper.

He shows some play wear, including a few scuffs on his face and a popped thread on his bottom. There's a hole near the pocket of his jeans, as shown in the photos. His socks and diaper are replacements.

His bottom is signed "Xavier Roberts" in black.
